Join us as a Portfolio Management & Reporting Manager
What you'll do
You'll provide in depth analysis and evaluation of credit and portfolio data, examining trends, identifying potential risks and escalating as required. You'll also support the Portfolio Management and Reporting Manager as required, assisting with drafting papers and creating MI packs as needed.

What you'll do
You'll provide in depth analysis and evaluation of credit and portfolio data, examining trends, identifying potential risks and escalating as required. You'll also support the Portfolio Management and Reporting Manager as required, assisting with drafting papers and creating MI packs as needed.
You'll also:
- Own reporting on in-scope products, including regulatory reporting
- Provide timely updates to ExCo and other senior leaders and boards on exposure to key areas and ongoing performance
- Develop and manage the credit framework and work closely with Credit Risk to ensure views are aligned across in-scope products
- Produce and analyse credit data, producing reports and commentary, where appropriate
- Line manage team members, supporting their development and coaching needs
The skills you'll need
You'll need deep personal lending product and industry knowledge, with awareness of all relevant legal policies, regulatory and statutory obligations and risk management frameworks, as well as a detailed understanding of Credit Risk appetite monitoring.
You'll also need:- Strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to negotiate and network effectively across a wide range of stakeholders
- The ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and express PB requirements effectively at management team and board level
- Experience of data interrogation and analysis, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identify and solve complex issues independently, and through collaborative working with subject matter experts
- A proven record working on multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines
- A proven record of working effectively across teams
