Job Purpose:
This role sits within the new created global Institutional Credit Management (ICM) business within ICG which has been established with the objective to provide an integrated "end-to-end" credit underwriting, identification, measurement, management and monitoring for wholesale credit businesses across the enterprise.
The role will be based in London, reporting to a Regional Transaction Management (TM) manager in the UK and will involve supporting the wider TM team and ICM employees in NY, London and APAC with various strategic initiatives of the Organization
The primary function of the role is to assist and help to drive ongoing activities and initiatives of the ICM Transaction management function. The role requires close liaison with line TM teams, and various other Business Areas and support functions such as Technology and Operations to ensure timely escalation and remediation of issues.
This is an exciting opportunity for a practical-minded, delivery orientated professional with experience working in high-pressured, time-sensitive environments and a proven ability to manage a varied workload and gain experience in the creation of a new organization.

- Provide project management support for key tactical and strategic change initiatives
- Carry out business analysis tasks such as current state assessment., gap analysis and requirements specification
- Support data analysis with complex data sets, working with key TM and business SMEs to identify root cause and drive solution design
- Report on progress and escalate key risks to management
- Run or partake in key working groups and committees
- Maintain strong working relationships with key partners in ICM, Ops and Risk functions
- Participate in Internal or external reviews and audits of the businesses
- Develop a deep understanding of specific business or functional areas to act as an SME in forums where TM require representation
- Experience working in a change function or consultancy team working on front/ middle office or operations change.
- Experience working in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders
- Experience designing, refining and implementing new business processes
- Project management and stakeholder management experience in a pressured environment
- Proven ability to work in a team of diverse skill sets and cultures
- Experience of regulatory change and audit reviews is desirable
- Familiarity with Citi's internal processes and systems including Front Office Credit systems such as CitiRisk is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop peer-like relationships with senior leaders throughout an organization
- Focused attention to detail plus ability to see the big picture
- Ability to manage and analyse complex data sets and define MI reports is an advantage
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem solving
- Experience in project management and process ownership
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Python etc. for reporting (including VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint for presentation development.
- Degree preferred or sufficient industry experience
- An interest in and prior exposure to risk management within capital markets, and familiarity with financial institution regulation and policies
