Senior Client Services Executive

We are working with a highly reputable investment management firm looking to hire a Senior Client Services Executive to join the team.

The successful hire will have a high level of visibility Client Services Executive will take responsibility for the following duties:

• Deputy to the Head of Client Services and will act as clients' primary point of contact.
• Strive to understand the client's business and operating models and develop strategies to enable a more effective interaction.
• Coordinate and manage client onboarding for segregated account capabilities.
• Engage in proposals to develop the services and solutions in place for our clients.
• Develop and maintain client relationships on aspects of managing and administering their investments.

The Client Services Executive will meet the following criteria:

• Investment Management Certificate.
• Entrepreneurial flair.
• Works well under pressure and deadlines.
• Have an understanding and interest in capital markets and investment products.
• Excellent Salesforce skills - good understanding of the CRM process.
