In this role, you will:
Requirements
- Identify, document and implement opportunities for new processes to support requirements within change implementation
- Apply project management methodology to facilitate complex implementations, Business Analysis, establishing timelines, and tracking ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery
- Review basic knowledge transfer, data mapping, and account movement while exercising independent judgment to guide strategic initiatives that impact multiple systems
- Identify, and provide effective training methods
- Participate in process improvement or product development and enhancement activities
- Present recommendations for resolving data, logistics, project support issues, and exercise independent judgment while developing experience in risk and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, management, technology, and compliance
Requirements
- Experience in Change Implementation and banking industry, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Significant 7~8 years of relevant work experience related to Business Analysis, Change Management and experience in handling large scale business transformation projects.
- Qualified Accountant
- Experience within the financial services sector / investment banking
- Strong proven ability in PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, and other design tools to develop work plans, articulate complex issues, analyse data, and drive experience-centric change actions.
- Earlier experience in scoping, business analysis, project management, budget management and staffing projects and experience managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team.
- Experience with business transformation, process re-engineering and or system implementations.
- Familiarity with agile methodology and tools.
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation.
