Hays are excited to be recruiting for a Pricing Supervisor to join a leading Investment Management company on a contract basis in London. Offering a competitive daily rate and a hybrid working model you will be responsible for the management and supervision of the team on a daily basis.

Specific duties will include;

  • Deputise for the Pricing Manager as and when required, supervising and directing all pricing related activities
  • Provide technical support to business partners and team members to develop and impart knowledge of all aspects related to pricing activities if required
  • Work with the Manager and team to ensure that all relevant pricing policy and governance documentation is maintained and in place
  • Undertake some people management activities staff training, development, mentoring, ensuring that staff display full ownership, responsibility and client focus
  • Work with the manager to identify and manage all operational risks associated with the process and responsibilities of the group. Ensure that effective and robust controls are in place, maintained and fully documented.
  • Build strong relationships with key third parties including pricing vendors, fund accountants and counterparties to ensure performance of all parties is sufficient to support the business

    To be considered for this role you will need to have experience of the following;

    Must demonstrate a strong technical pricing knowledge of equity, fixed income, FX, ETD and OTC products.
    Experience of managing people with strong relationship management attributes.
