Senior Accountant

Goodman Masson is recruiting for a global investment company based in Central London. They are looking for a qualified Senior Accountant to join them on an FTC of 12 months with a salary of up to £70,000.

The leading, global Private Equity House are looking for an impressive finance candidate to join a fast-paced London Finance Team. The day-to-day responsibility of this role will be the management of the financial control and reporting.

Key responsibilities of this role:

• Primary contact for overseas branches of the business.
• Responsible for leading audits in Paris and Frankfurt.
• Responsible for month end and year end processes.
• Responsible for statutory accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting systems such as SAP
• String communication skills and experience in speaking with senior management and stakeholders.
• Responsible for preparing monthly EMEA OPEX reporting.
• Responsible for preparing quarterly P&L analysis of cost centres, commenting on any quarterly / YTD variances.
• This role will have ad hoc duties when requested.

Key requirements of this role:

• Educated to degree level.
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
• Experience working within a financial services or similar industry/sector.
