The AVP Impact Reporting Associate position at the Citi Social Finance (CSF) team has primary responsibilities for supporting the objective of CSF to facilitate and engage all sectors of Citi in the development and delivery of banking and financing solutions to social clients. This includes monitoring and reporting social impact for the global social finance portfolio, as well as individual in process transactions.

Background/Context:
Citi Social Finance is a specialized group that works on commercial initiatives that enable social and economic inclusion, the "S" in ESG. Working across Citi's businesses, product groups and geographies, Citi Social Finance serves more than 200 social clients, networks and investors in over 50 countries with products and services spanning the financial spectrum - from financing, access to capital markets, transaction services and hedging foreign exchange risk, to credit, savings, payments, supply chain and insurance products - to expand access for the underserved.

Position Objectives
This position will serve as a resource to the CSF team to facilitate portfolio impact and outstandings monitoring and reporting, transaction reporting, and data analysis to support the development and expansion of scalable solutions and risk sharing facilities to fund and bank social activities across Citi's global network. The position provides a career development opportunity to gain global exposure and develop risk, transaction structuring and execution skills in the social finance segment. The position is initially a 12 month maternity cover, with the option to transfer to FTE pending senior evaluation.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Impact reporting analysis on social finance global portfolio
  • Portfolio reports monitoring outstanding, performance and social KPIS across global portfolio primarily in emerging markets
  • Managing data collection and reporting on Citi Social Finance emerging market portfolio
  • Working on ongoing Senior Management presentations and reports
  • Collaboration with team members to assess impact of social finance pipeline transactions
Skills Required:
  • Passion for and understanding of social impact finance in emerging markets
  • Strong excel based data analytics skills
  • Holistic thinker with ingenuity and business acumen
  • Strong analytical, written and presentation skills
  • Responsible multi-role team player with strong inter-personal skills
  • Must be flexible, able to multi-task and prioritize
Experience/Training:
  • Experience in Financial Institutions and/or Commercial lending
  • Experience with a large, complex financial institution preferred
  • Experience working with or in emerging markets
  • Masters, relevant bachelors, or equivalent work experience (2+ years preferred)
