Your role
Are you an analytical, ambitious and well organised person? Are you an experienced finance professional with attention to detail? We are looking for an Entity Controller who can:
• compile and analyze financial information for UBS AG London Branch, UBS Group's most complex entity, encompassing Investment Banking, Global Wealth Management, Asset Management and Group Treasury divisions
• perform reviews across the range of reporting: month end financial, capital and liquidity reporting, daily balance sheet and liquidity reporting, and periodic regulatory reporting
• prepare financial statements and other financial and management reports for the entity's internal stakeholders (UK executives, UK Tax, Group Accounting & Control) and external regulators and auditors
• collaborate on continuous improvement of quality, efficiency and effectiveness of controls
• confirm compliance with PRA, FCA and Bank of England regulatory reporting guidance relating to AG London Branch. Your team
You'll be working in 5 Broadgate, London. The team's primary mandate is to provide last mile reviews of the balance sheet and income statement for the UK Entities, which brings together the reviews and sign-offs from every region, product (excepting P&C) and group function within UBS Group. Providing this 'entity' lens to various product, accounting and risk issues is a critical support role for our UK SMFs (Senior Management Functions), as well as our external regulators and auditors. We have daily interactions with multiple internal stakeholders across all regions - more controllers globally support London Branch than any other entity.

Your expertise
• 5+ years of experience in a relevant position
• Degree preferably in Finance, Economics or Accounting
• Strong accounting / financial background (Qualified ACA, ACCA, CFA, CIMA or other relevant certification)
• Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail
• Excellent communicator who can adapt style to audience
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Automation knowledge would be an asset)
• Motivated, self-directed and creative
