Senior Process Change BA (IT)

Upto £1000 per day PAYE.

Platinum Group is looking to hire a highly skilled Management Consultant to help them in the early phases of a new Target Operating Model and business process build-out for a worldwide financial services business.

You will come from ideally a consultancy or FS background and carry the key stakeholder and client-facing skills to build a new TOM on a large technology transformation.

Working as a Process Change Business Analyst with IT would be an ideal profile.

Being very familiar with fractured business processes within technology in large financial institutions will be key here.

Applicants will need to show a strong background in business analysis in complex programmes and be able to put governance in place to increase efficiency as opposed to hinder delivery.

• Expert Target operating model expertise is required here.
• FS background is a must
• Board and C-Suite level stakeholder skills
• World-class communication skills are required.
