Our client is an in-house investment team who take a highly innovative investment approach and invest directly inhouse. The Senior Investment Operations Analyst will provide operational support to the investment team across all trading activity across both public & private markets.
To be considered, Middle Office Operations Analysts will have significant operations experience overseeing the full trade life-cycle (investigating failed trades, ensuring trade matching & settlement, reconciliations, cash & liquidity forecasting/management, margin & collateral management) for Equity, Fixed Income and OTC/ETD Derivatives and will be accustomed to working closely with third party administration providers, custodians and ETD Clearers.
Your strong interpersonal and communication skills will be utilised to interact extensively with third party administrators and across the business including Front Office. This role will assume accountability for new instrument approvals and onboarding processes ensuring that new markets and investments can be supported operationally working extensively across the firm internally to coordinate as well as externally with new counterparties.
Candidates will be degree educated, will have a minimum of 5 years relevant middle office operations oversight experience to include the trade life-cycle for multi assets Equity, Fixed Income & OTC/ETD Derivative and will come from an asset management firm or an asset owner. Prior experience of Charles River and product knowledge of private markets, property, infrastructure etc would be highly advantageous however not essential.
