We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a Reward Analyst here at Arrow Global Group. The role will be UK based and offers the flexibility to work remotely with travel to an Arrow office as required.

The Reward Team forms part of the Central HR function led by our Chief People Officer. Reporting to the Head of Reward, the Reward Analyst will support the delivery of high-quality compensation and benefit initiatives. Operating within the CoE, the role offers the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of reward to support the delivery of our strategic objectives.

We operate a range of in-year and long-term incentive plans, including Carried Interest and Equity Plans. Our colleagues perform roles in investment, fund raising, central functions, technology and servicing - providing a diverse range of reward agendas.

You will deliver core reward activities for all countries which include annual salary review, the incentive review process and benefits enrolment ensuring engagement and clear communications to support the end-to-end process.

What will you be doing?
  • Implementing and managing the short and medium term strategies for owned areas; providing technical information and analysis to HR colleagues
  • Sharing knowledge and experience with wider HR team and managing own workload to meet the needs of the business and key initiatives
  • Contributing to a high-performing culture, based on values and behaviours; ensuring that processes deliver the capability needed to meet objectives
  • Working with the Head of Reward to provide specialist support on change projects, implementing new approaches to support the strategic direction of Arrow Global
  • Building stakeholder relationships internally and externally including local HR Teams, supplier networks, other businesses, government organisations, regulators, professional associations, and community groups
  • Providing subject matter expertise; maintaining awareness and knowledge of external development and market practices to provide industry leading services and insights to the business
  • Implementing strategies to maximise ROI and enhance our colleague proposition

Is this you?
  • Technical Reward expertise including Executive Remuneration, Long-Term Incentive Plans and all individual components comprising Total Reward
  • Experience in benchmarking, summarising and interpreting compensation and benefit survey data; using Willis Towers Watson and AON McLagan
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse large amounts of data, reward modelling and calculations to enable accurate reporting and inform decision making
  • Knowledge and application of job evaluation and grading frameworks
  • Understanding of local regulatory requirements and statutory reporting including Gender Pay Gap
  • Experience of operating across diverse teams in a multi-site, multi-country organisation
  • Global Reward and Benefits experience: ideally Italy, Portugal and/or the Netherlands
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, providing reward advice and support to all business stakeholders including at Senior Leadership level
