Our client is a fast growing, top performing, fast growing international hedge fund with 200 employees based in the London office. This hedge fund is experiencing continual exponential growth and as part of their exciting growth plans have created a new Operations Analyst's positions requiring a minimum of 12 months Financial Services Operations experience.
As the firm are expanding into all asset classes including Crypto currencies, this hire will sit in Middle Office with close interaction with the investment and trading desks. Overtime, you will also work with the quant developers to establish robust operational processes in order to support the full trade life cycle for new markets and products.
On the job training will be provided, however to be considered candidates will have a minimum of 12 months financial services operations experience and will be looking to develop within a Middle Office Operations role with close interaction with the front office.
Working in a varied middle office operations role your responsibilities will include instruction and oversight of the full trade lifecycle across all assets, corporate action processing, NAV production, oversight, reconciliations, P&L reporting to name just a few tasks. You will also act as the conduit between front office and the third party middle office administrator.
To be considered, candidates will be looking to work in a fast paced, collaborative working environment. Candidates will come from an operational role from either an investment manager, investment bank or hedge fund and will be looking to be a part of this fast growing hedge fund.
