Client Services Associate, Asset Management

This highly reputable global asset manager in the City of London has an opportunity for an accomplished Client Services Account Associate to join an established client servicing team to support the Head of UK Institutional Clients. In this role you will provide dedicated support to the Senior Sales & Client Relationship Manager for UK clients offering a varied role and enormous exposure.

Client Servicing Associates will be accustomed to working in a hybrid role requiring proven client servicing & analytical skills to support senior stake holders as well as support the RFP process to attract new clients. Candidates with multi asset experience with exposure to fixed income will also be considered, however experienced Equity Client Services Associates looking to diversify their experience across Fixed Income are also encouraged to apply. Working in a varied capacity you will be client focused and will have the opportunity to take ownership and responsibility for a portfolio of institutional UK clients acting as the central point for all client queries. In this role you will host on-site client meetings, attend VC client meetings as well as engage with clients by phone and email.

Client Account Managers will be experienced in resolving technical queries for clients relating to their portfolios within a direct or indirect client servicing role from an asset management firm. In this role you will develop a technical fixed income knowledge and will be responsible for resolving technical client queries such as trading costs, attribution, benchmark and constituents requirements for example. In addition you will gain a technical understanding of financial regulations in the UK. In this role you will also support the full RFP lifecycle, provide research competitor data analysis and take ownership for ad hoc marketing projects making this role extremely interesting and varied.

To be considered, Client Servicing Specialists will come from an asset management firm, will be degree educated and will have a strong appetite to evolve as a Fixed Income SME. IMC/CFA qualifications is advantageous however those willing to complete IMC/CFA after 6 months of joining will also be considered.
