You will conduct business process and systems analyses, needs assessments, and cost/benefits analyses of business systems and applications to create project proposals that align technology solutions with business objectives and the Quilter Technology Strategy and roadmaps.
The role holder will formulate and define system scope and objectives, based on end-user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems, applications and industry requirements.
You will identify, capture and develop requirements (functional and non-functional) providing detailed documentation and business rules to support throughout the project life cycle and change control, prioritising requirements based on high value achievable requirements.
You will drive continuous improvement of business products and services by translating requirements into improved design and service provisioning.
Project Execution Leads workshops including IT and 3rd party suppliers to evaluate and translate end-user needs into practical and pragmatic solutions.
You will operate as a link between technical personnel and the appropriate end-user department to understand the business implications of the technical solutions on the current and future business environment.
The role holder will be responsible for managing system incidents working with the project team to ensure resolution Works with the end-user to select or define appropriate scenarios to test and determine whether system changes meet project specifications.
You will coordinate with users to plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
You will create, review and deliver end-user documentation and prepare communication material on system enhancements.
You will monitor production performance enhancements and system integrity with end-users.
You will embrace change and initiates new and better ways of working to deliver positive customer outcomes.
You will have the ability to communicate confidently and effectively, at all levels, both in written and verbal form.
The role holder will have an analytical mind set, able to use data and metrics to drive actions and develop solutions for our customers.

You will have proven Business Systems Analyst experience working the software development lifecycle. An external accreditation in Business Analysis/Systems Analysis is desirable.
You will have strong structured business systems analysis, data modelling and design skills and you will be able to design and document business processes.
You will have excellent stakeholder engagement capability with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical detail.
You will have technical knowledge and experience of at least one for the following:
Working in Asset Management is preferred but not essential.
You will be able to work in 'Virtual' teams' cross function/cross business and geographies.
You will have a strong knowledge of the IT delivery lifecycle, associated methodologies and their practical application.
You will have excellent organisation and planning skills to manage a wide variety of tasks, processes and responsibilities with a high attention to detail.
