One of the top advisory firms are looking to add an Analyst to their Debt and Restructuring advisory group. The Debt and Restructuring team advises companies and private equity funds on restructuring, turnaround strategies and the raising and structuring of debt to finance acquisitions, stabilisation or expansion.
The role will focus on the origination and execution of deals for clients.
Day to day this will include deal origination, deal structuring, financial modelling, deal execution, credit analysis and valuations. You can expect to get involved in a broad range of deals and have lots of involvement in transactions.
