My client, a global middle market Investment bank in London, is currently undergoing a multi-hire campaign, looking to hire several M&A/VPs for all the verticals within the bank!! The business is doing exceptionally well, and will continue to grow significantly throughout the next financial year as well! Definitely an exciting time to join!

• Generalist
• CRH
• DSG
• TMT
• ESG
• Generalist/UK Coverage - Origination & Execution
• EMEA Financial Sponsor Coverage

Requirements:

• Must have direct investment banking experience
• M&A transactions experience required (sell-side)
• Experience in leading M&A transactions from the start of a process to the finish
• Robust financial and analytical skill set
• Able to collaborate effectively within a team
• Able to manage juniors
• Proficient oral and written business communication skills
• Very good interpersonal and client management skills
