A competitively paid two-year programme, where you'll gain experience in quantitative analytics roles in our Markets & Securities Services business, working on cutting-edge projects across different asset classes.

You'll connect with senior leaders, industry professionals and peers from all over the world, across multiple divisions. They will provide career advice and support your learning and development.
You'll rotate between different teams across asset classes during the two-year programme, working on projects that add value to our Markets & Securities Services business across the trading, sales, structuring and quantitative teams.
Depending on your desk assignment, you could be working with clients, traders, structurers, or our risk teams.
Following successful completion of the Associate Programme, you could go into a specialist role that suits your personality and skills, working alongside like-minded colleagues who share a passion for supporting business decisions with solid analysis.

You're finishing or have recently finished a PhD, Advanced Masters or degree of regional equivalence in mathematics, computer science, engineering, quantitative finance or other STEM-related fields.
You're a committed researcher who likes to think analytically and be part of a team.
You like to solve problems and have a foundation of mathematical techniques, coding skills and independent research skills to do so.
You're able to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
You're able to find solutions to challenging problems creatively and efficiently.

You'll advance your quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills in various application fields such as derivatives modelling, financial products engineering, credit analysis, algorithmic trading or data science and machine learning.
You'll gain skills in handling large and complicated data sets.
You'll code in languages like Python and learn numerical techniques such as Monte Carlo simulations and differential equations, machine learning and AI.
You'll develop the ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience and find the right balance between theoretical research and practical implementation.
