Investment Analyst to join the London-based real estate investment team of a leading SWF with a formidable reputation and track record in mixed asset class real estate investing, lots of capital to deploy,and a strong forward pipeline of deals.
With outstanding academics, c.1-3 years' bulge bracket real estate investment banking or principal side investing in top tier REPE, the successful candidate will be highly autonomous and will be exposed A-Z across large, complex acquisitions on a pan-European basis. Deals will include single assets, portfolios, JVs and operational platforms. Competitive compensation (top quartile) base and bonus plus benefits.
