Day to day management of the ESG client queries, which involves managing the query mailbox and coordinating query responses within the PowerApps workflow tool:
•Manages the ESG Query mailbox & proactively ensures queries are directed to the right teams across the business (based on RACI).
•Works with Sales teams to manage expectations on turnaround times / helps support teams with prioritisation.
•Manage the response timeline
•Collates responses across teams, performs a QA check and sends the final consolidated response back to the original recipient•Builds up & creates allocation rules knowledge bank for automatic assigning of tasks
•ESG Client Query Co-Ordinator will look at the complexity of the request & priority and manage
expectations with Sales accordingly
•ESG Client Query Co-Ordinator ensures the each part of the query is picked up by the right teams as per above
Supporting the PowerApps Workflow design and documenting requirements:
•Document requirements & processes, working with and guiding developers on any design considerations / acts as a bridge between business requirements and tech requirements•Performs any required testing•Documents minutes from working group discussions
Supporting the Investment Specialists with obtaining MI data:
•Obtaining data from MI to answer quantitative exposure queries on behalf of the Investment specialists (this involves uploading portfolios from Aladdin into MSCI and running reports / some basic excel knowledge* is required etc.). This will involve the BA to shadow & learn off the Investment specialists, and ask the investment specialists to check the BAs responses before this goes out the door.
Supporting MI tracking and reporting of ESG query volumetrics:
•Provide regular updates on entirety of the workload, this includes producing MI and reports as
required.
•Drive continuous improvement activities including standardised templates, opportunities to streamline processes.
This data and insight will be used to inform and scope the longer term strategic tool (possibly Salesforce or other workflow tool), creating process and organisation design for ESG client queries in a consistent and efficient way.
