As a Barclays Risk Services Manager, you will play a key part in the team that executes the strategic agenda and delivers on key requirements across a wide range of activities. Using your developed communication and organisational skills you will support senior management achieve important deliverables that include providing high quality management information and coordination of risk committees.

What will you be doing?
• You will support key deliverables for the Barclays International Chief Risk Office (BI CRO) to execute the senior management strategy
• You will have responsibility across budgets, people initiatives and senior management reporting, along with ad hoc projects
• Supporting the strategic agenda and coordination for key risks that span across BI Risk providing regular updates to senior management (for example, crisis reporting)
• Secretariat duties of BI Risk Committees that span across BI risks along with being responsible for the minutes
• Proactively consolidate and support submission of BI Risk updates to senior management across various senior committees
• You will be in charge of the coordination of the semi-annual BI CRO rating agency updates
• You will take responsibility for ensuring the timely and accurate production of Risk reports which are sent daily to senior management and regulators

What we're looking for:
• Experience working in Risk and Business Management with good overall knowledge of Banking processes with a comprehensive knowledge of Risk Management
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to build solid relationships with stakeholders in order to meet deliverables
• Solid organisational and detailed documentation skills
• Self-motivated, takes ownership of responsibilities assigned to them

Skills that will help you in the role:
• Experience in Credit or Market risk
• Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills

5 North Colonnade is home to our investment bank and is in the heart of Canary Wharf, just a short walk from our headquarters at Churchill Place.
