- Top tier investment banking PMO management experience (5+ years in top banks)
- Programme portfolio management experience
- End-to-end portfolio PMO experience across all relevant disciplines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement experience
- Degree educated or higher from a leading academic institution
