Wells Fargo is seeking a business manager to support Electronic Trading across EMEA and APAC.

The business manager will report directly the EMEA Markets COO. The Business Manager will work directly with Sales & Trading, Product, Line of Business COOs and various other support partners across the platform.

The Business Manager will collaborate, lead and partner with leadership to establish business priorities, drive major initiatives, and implement the risk and control framework for International Electronic Trading. The role will be based in London.

This role requires a collaborative individual capable of initiating action and managing change in a fast-paced environment. A sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability for achievement as well as strong relationship management, influencing and execution skills are important.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Partnership with management to execute significant International Electronic Trading business initiatives including leading prioritization and budgeting, identifying areas for investment and business development priorities and dependencies
  • Coordinate with key business partners to support growth, governance, and control requirements covering algorithms, trading tools and market connections
  • Partner with business control team to produce on annual basis EMEA Algo report and assist in the testing and validation of the report
  • Develop presentations and materials on International Electronic Trading strategy, product roadmaps, governance and metrics
  • Work closely with key Electronic Trading vendors overseeing relationships, service levels, and on-going contract negotiations unique to International
  • Coordinate and support internal audits and external regulatory requests related to the International Electronic trading business
  • Serve as primary point of contact for International Electronic Trading issues, requiring real time interaction with Product and Technology partners
