Role:
This is a global role covering BU-specific events for Private Debt, Private Equity, Real Assets and Tactical Strategies. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Tikehau Events - coordinate LP series of events and assist with local investor events. This includes end to end event management; working with sales and investment teams on invite lists, distributing save the dates and invitations, tracking follow-ups, guest list collation, planning of event, sourcing venues, managing suppliers, managing the event on the day, post event analytics, invoicing and budget management and building and communicating a clear process and plan for every event;
  • Third party conferences - centrally manage conference attendance to include liaison with sales and investment professionals on their conference plans and to determine requirements, manage a global conference tracker, liaise with conference organisers, negotiate contracts and sponsorship, conference logistics, organise meetings around the event, ensure marketing materials are available. Managing and running any Tikehau events which run in parallel to the conference when appropriate;
  • Co-ordinate quarterly client calls and assist the business units with their execution when needed;
  • Work with IT and sales teams to ensure the use of up-to-date CRM data used to contact clients;
  • Manage Tikehau-branded corporate merchandise for the sales and marketing teams working closely with corporate communications;
  • Additional support when required in coordinating marketing materials such as newsletters, podcasts and other publications.


Profile:
3-6 years of event management experience, preferably within financial services is an advantage
Experience of using Pardot (integrated with Sales Force) would be beneficial
Educated to degree or equivalent is preferable.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to remain calm in pressurised situations, often working with senior personnel
Familiar with Salesforce and ideally Pardot (email platform)
Good technical skills: Zoom, Teams, Microsoft etc.
French language skills would be an advantage
