Roles & Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will be expected to research individual securities and work autonomously from the outset, assisting the Head of the team on portfolio trading and maintaining portfolio target positions.
  • Partnering with other teams and departments in providing market and portfolio commentary, performance and risk data for attribution.
  • You will be expected to write research reports and recommendations on sectors and single stock names.
  • You will be required to help respond to sales and client queries, preparing team presentations for sales.
  • The individual will be a strong communicator and will understand the importance of teamwork in a challenging, successful environment.
  • The successful candidate will be a self-starter and will be able to balance a number of complex projects running simultaneously.

Background & Experience
  • The candidate should have 4+ years' experience in Real Assets ideally with exposure to REIT's, Investment Trusts and Infrastructure Equities.
  • The candidate should have demonstrable relevant experience in a role that encompasses Real Assets Analysis and or Portfolio Management.
  • The candidate should have experience in researching securities in the alternative listed sector.
  • Comfortable communicating with clients and other stakeholders across the business
  • The candidate should be comfortable leading both qualitative and quantitative research projects.
