JOHN LAING GROUP

John Laing is a leading international investor focused on developing and delivering core infrastructure in OECD countries.

Our business is focused on two investment areas:

  • Mid-market Infrastructure: investing in low-risk mid-market infrastructure assets and businesses; and
  • PPP & Projects: developing and delivering PPP and other concession-based projects, as well as similar core infrastructure projects.

John Laing invests across a spectrum of development, under construction, and operational assets in a broad range of sectors, including transportation, energy and utilities, telecommunications, digital and social infrastructure. Over its history, John Laing has invested in over 150 assets globally. We currently manage a diversified portfolio of over 30 investments with assets under management of approximately £2 billion.

Previously listed on the London Stock Exchange and a member of the FTSE250, John Laing was taken private in 2021 by KKR’s Diversified Core Infrastructure Fund (DCIF).  Under DCIF ownership, John Laing operates as a standalone business with its own team and capabilities.

John Laing has an experienced team of investors and asset managers operating across offices covering the UK & Europe, North America, Australia, and Colombia.
