We are currently looking for a Project Manager within Front Office, with a strong working knowledge of Global Markets traded products, to join our investment banking client project.

About the role
Responsibilities for the role may include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and deliver presentations covering project / program status and plans.
- Provide subject matter expertise for internal queries relating to appropriate projects
- Contribute to the design and delivery of Front Office training plans and materials, present training to small and large groups as required
- Manage User Acceptance Testing
- Lead, supervise, coach and develop junior team members
Who are we looking for?
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong educational background - Degree (Masters would be an advantage)
- Strong Project Management skills in Front Office environment
- Knowledge of analyzing legislative and regulatory texts, and associated legal analysis
- Knowledge of global markets trading products (Fixed Income, Equity, Currencies & Commodities) and/or securities services (Prime, Collateral, Clearing, Custody, Fund Services)
- Ability to gain consensus among staff and drive initiatives to completion effectively
- Management and facilitation to achieve objectives, with both local and with remote teams
- Experience of designing and implementing structured business/operational processes and business requirements documentation
- Demonstrable experience of running high impact projects / programs as a consultant or internal change group
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of seniority
- Strong interpersonal skills, with good relationship building and engagement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
