We have an exciting opportunity for a Partner Relationship Manager to join our expanding Partner Management team. You will manage relationships with nominated partners in line with the strategic objectives and growth plans. You will play a key part in resolving issues, providing insights and ongoing process improvements.

The successful candidate be joining a dynamic team with a fantastic opportunity to experience direct access to and working alongside senior members of a growing entrepreneurial organisation.

This role will benefit from hybrid working and can be based anywhere in the UK. Travel to our partners and own offices as required across the UK.

What will you be doing?
  • Manage the relationship of a selection of providers on our panel ensuring they provide effective account servicing meeting our standards ensuring overall business goals are achieved
  • Analyse activity including KPI's and collections trends, to identify opportunities and shortfalls within the partner network to improve performance and design solutions to remediate any underperformance
  • Work closely with the strategy and analytics team to design and implement strategies
  • Share and implement best practices with customers and follow up on key metrics and results including SLA reports
  • Negotiate commercial terms with partners for new activity
  • Pro-active identify, escalate and support the initiation of new business opportunities from our existing relationships
  • Support the design and implementation of external partner management framework
  • Lead partner onboarding and exits projects
  • Support Business Development to successfully transition new initiatives to Relationship Management when they become business as usual
  • Effective and consistent communication of key topics with key partner portfolio
  • Promote, implement and project manage new services and updates with third parties

Is this you?
  • Great understanding of the credit industry/debt management and insolvency sector, particularly its collections and debt processes and creditor risk models
  • Proven track record of managing relationships in a financial service setting
  • Excellent understanding of the regulatory regime of consumer credit in UK
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels within a complex stakeholder environment
  • Proven experience of recoveries, ideally within collection agency background
  • Previous Collections operational management experience
  • Ability to deal with change and respond effectively to new and changing initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Great planning, organisation and relationships management skills
