What the job involves
As an Analyst, you will be reporting to the Head of Client Services and will support all aspects of IR.
  • Preparing marketing materials such as investor presentations, private placement memorandums, pitchbooks, investor presentations, PPMs, RFPs and DDQs
  • Conducting market and competitor research
  • Carrying out bespoke quarterly investor reporting and preparing audit requests
  • Responding to ad-hoc client inquiries in a timely manner
  • Assisting with the creation of content for investor-related events such as AGMs, LPACs and quarterly calls
  • Working on technology development and act as CRM platform manager
Who we are looking for
  • Strong academic background with previous experience in investor relations or in a placement agent, asset management firm, investment bank or accounting firm
  • Knowledge of or exposure to private markets is beneficial, but not required
  • Good financial acumen, able to disseminate complex data into investor friendly content
  • Highly organised with excellent project management skills
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Strong communicator with an excellent command of verbal and written English
  • Strong work ethic, collaborative team player, and high level of integrity
