Our client, an entrepreneurial investment firm, are looking to hire a VP of Carried Interest & Group Incentives to join their London-based team. The group are well-established and focus their investments across a wide range of sectors including technology, infrastructure and healthcare services. As the VP of Carried Interest & Group Incentives, you will play a crucial role in incentivising performance across the fund. In this role you will be required to contribute to the design of prospective schemes and you will be responsible for the implementation of these plans. You will also be tasked with coordinating and reviewing current and existing plans that are in place. As part of a small but impressive team, you will also be tasked with managing termination processes. There will be a high level of exposure to senior leadership teams and you will be afforded plenty of autonomy in this position.

What the job involves
You will be responsible for:
- The design and development of long-term incentive plans alongside senior investment leaders
- Managing ongoing incentive operations and oversee termination processes with existing plans
- Provide support and documentation for offer packages of new joiners
- Support with annual remuneration review and analyses, and undertake benchmarking of LTIPs
- Work closely with HR, Finance, Legal and Operations to implement up-to-date processes and provide relevant information across the company
- Maintain information depository and provide ad-hoc project support as required
- Experience of designing and implementing long-term investment plans including carried interest and an understanding of fund structures
- In-house exposure to finance, operations, compensation or accounting teams within asset management or financial services would be advantageous
- A problem-solving mindset with ability to prioritise and oversee several tasks at once
- An independent individual able to work with a high-level of autonomy across a global team
