An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance System Analyst to join our Finance team and help manage D365 Finance & Operations, Power BI and Anaplan.

The role offers the opportunity to be involved in GL, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, Purchase/Sales Ledger and some HR modules and will include dealing with user queries, UAT code releases and system enhancements and the exports into Azure databases

What will you be doing?
  • Providing subject matter expertise, maintaining awareness and knowledge of external developments within the D365 space.
  • Dealing with staff queries on Finance systems
  • Identifying business needs, proposing solutions, evaluating changes and managing expectations with external support suppliers
  • Performing data and system audit work for internal controls and ensuring code releases are properly documented.
  • Running workshops and training sessions on different modules in D365
  • Involvement in month end close-down to strict deadlines

Is this you?
  • Demonstrable experience of managing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Strong analytical experience and good ability to understand and problem solve issues, following them through to resolution
  • Brief understanding of Azure and backend Microsoft systems
  • Proven team player and an autonomous worker
  • Basic understanding of finance systems and ability to work competently in excel with large volumes of data/pivot tables
  • Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills
