Border to Coast are now seeking an Assistant Portfolio Manager to assist with the launch and management of all external fund products. The External Management Team currently manages five fund propositions - three equity and two fixed income - and oversees some twenty manager relationships.
You will assist in all stages of our investment process, from fund design through to manager monitoring.This will involve producing in-depth investment research, feeding into strategic and dynamic asset allocation forums, the consistent and rigorous selection and oversight of investment managers across asset classes and much more.
About You
So, if you hold an Investment Management qualification and have relevant experience in asset management or manager research and oversight, with a strong understanding of asset classes and economic fundamentals then we want to hear from you!
With high levels of integrity and trustworthiness, you will have excellent relationship management skills and an understanding of qualitative and quantitative due diligence. Knowledge of Bloomberg and other portfolio management tools (such as Python) is desirable, but not a requirement.
