Joining our fast-paced Client Lifecycle Management team within the Operations division, you will work across the breadth of our business to assist in the delivery of change initiatives and delivering reporting for key stakeholders.

You will be responsible for the coordination of change delivery plans and executive stakeholder analysis. You will also act as secretariat function for project governance meetings. An example of a project you will be supporting is the creation of a new offshore team; where you, in partnership with the broader teams, will ensure that changes are communicated well with the global CLM teams, promoting global consistency and identifying opportunities to collaborate. You'll also work to identify and refine requirements between the projects and pre-existing work processes and deliver a comprehensive communication plan, drafting of key project communication outputs - including working with leaders, SMEs and technical experts for key messaging cascade, and change communication phasing outcomes.

This role will give you the opportunity to hone your change management experience, global exposure and a fantastic platform for you future career while requiring flexibility as you liaise with global stakeholders. You will demonstrate experience in managing multiple stakeholders, competing priorities and driving quality outcomes. To thrive is this role, you will enjoy working with data and be adept at varying communication styles and mediums to suit stakeholders. You will have the ability to independently analyse processes and issues and drive forward new ideas.

Ideally, you will have proven hands-on change management and reporting experience. With 5+ years' experience gained in a similar position, or a position with transferable skills within the Financial Services industry e.g. Business Manager, Operations, Executive Assistant.
