Our client has been actively lending for 10 years and is a market leading debt provider, back by some of the world's biggest institutional funds. Over the last 2 years, they have enhanced their origination and deal execution teams and are looking to hire an additional Lending Director.
The ideal candidate will be working in a property finance team, originating Residential Development Finance loans, through brokers and their own professional network. You will have a proven track record in the market and an established client base.
You will be supported by an experienced team, across loan underwriting and portfolio management.
