M&A Intern-to-Analyst/Analyst 1/Analyst 2 - Mid-market TMT Advisory

We are helping a mid-market tech and media advisory business hire a 6-month intern with the chance to go permanent after. Alternatively, the firm will also consider Analyst 1 or 2 candidates. The business are widely regarded as market leading experts for the sub-sectors they work in. Their clients include household names and up-and-coming entreprenurial companies looking for help with growth.

The team are looking for bright, energetic, and ambitious candidates. The team would like the chance to expose and teach the invidual to the way they work throughout a deal process. As a boutique they are well positioned to ensure candidates will experience the entire life-cycle of a deal and have great exposure.

Applicants must have:

• Exceptional academics
• Strong interests and ambition in corporate finance, M&A, or investments
• Entreprenurial spirit
• Excellent presentation and client facing skills
• Analytical prowess and methodical nature
• Prior mergers and acquisitions experience

Upon successful completion of the internship the business hope to offer a full-time Analyst 1 position. For more experienced candidates there is the chance to come in as an Analyst 1/2.
