Successful candidates will be matched with experienced Citi Markets Quants for a six-month robust mentoring program, which will enhance understanding of the quantitative finance analyst role and what a successful career in MQA entails.

Successful candidates will be matched with experienced Citi Markets Quants for a six-month robust mentoring program, which will enhance understanding of the quantitative finance analyst role and what a successful career in MQA entails.
Please see the eligibility requirements:
- Within one or two years of completing a Bachelor's/University, Master's or PhD degree or equivalent STEM qualification or Min. 4 years working experience in a STEM related field
- Technical/programming skills: C++, Python, C# .Net, SQL, R, Java, KDB/Q, MongoDB
- A natural curiosity, attention to detail, tenacity and motivation to learn new skills
- Keen interest in financial services and global markets
- Meet with their mentees once a month for 1-hour and offer advice on the skills required for the job
- Guide, share experiences, challenge and prepare mentee for potential recruitment processes with Citi
- Help with interview preparation
