Analyst - Real Estate Private Placement

The Analyst in this team will be based in the London office and will work with a deeply experienced team gaining exposure to high quality general partners, operating companies and managers of real assets and complex transactions.

The Role

• Work directly senior team members to support in all facets of the transaction including driving client origination and deal execution
• Assess potential deals brought in by the origination team, carrying out research and technical analysis in doing so.
• Marketing materials creation which includes pitch books, portfolio snapshots, offering materials and research materials.
• Perform due diligence for potential opportunities.
• Provide timely responses to investor inquiries and other processes necessary to reach financial close
• Contribution to broader project responsibilities and initiatives across the wider business.

The Candidate

• Strong quantitative skills and financial markets experience required
• Some experience within Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work as part of a team
• Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal with accuracy and depth)
• Ability and willingness to interact daily with deal team members across a wide array of projects
• Previous experience in an investment bank, real asset advisory firm, or real asset investor is desirable.
