Investment Analyst - Long Only Equities - London

A high-calibre investment firm with offices in West London have opened up an exciting new position with their investment team for an investment analyst. They are a team of 12 managing a long-only, international and generalist investment strategy, and are run by several extremely high profile, highly experienced industry professionals. You will start by learning the ins and outs of an individual industry sector, while being trained by a senior member of the team you will master each sector at a time before becoming a fully-fledged generalist.
What they are looking for:

• 1-3 years of experience in equity research (buy-side preferred)
• At least CFA level 1
• Someone who understands the nuts and bolts of investing
• A detail-orientated stock-picker
• Strong work-ethic and creativity
• Someone who can see the bigger picture
• A team player
