What the job involves
As an Analyst in the team you will work in a flat structure and be given significant responsibility from Day 1. Alongside technical skills you will showcase project management, strategic thinking and the ability to build relationships externally within the market.

- Investment analysis, both quantitative and qualitative
- Relationship coverage of a selection of GPs globally
- Preparing documents for the Investment Committee and contributing to discussions within those sessions
- Staying up to date with the latest developments in the secondaries market
- 1-2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Secondary Advisory, Secondaries Investment or Fund of Funds
- Immaculate spoken and written English, an additional European language is also desirable
- Pro-active and out-going personality with the confidence to challenge opinions and processes
- Ability to work well with international offices and build relationships across different teams internally
