Our client partners with Heads of Trading, Heads of Sales and Heads of Strategy to analyse market performance across every single product an investment bank trades. This is an opportunity for someone who might be siloed in an area of sales, trading or strategy within an investment bank to build a new set of skills, learn to work with different areas of the bank and gain really interesting insights into what the bank is doing and plans to do for the future.

This is also a flexible culture that rewards by merit. There is the chance to structure your hours and workload around your own schedule; no face time banking culture here!

We are looking for intellectually curious people, with a passion for the markets, who are motivated to work with a fantastic peer group that includes some of the smartest people from front office sales and trading. Our last hires came from Nomura, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan and Citi to name a few.

The client has built sophisticated algorithms that model key performance metrics and drivers: market share, revenue performance, client relationship share and quality, operational excellence, return on equity, brand perception, behavioral drivers, and industry evolution. We are not looking for 'data' people or 'modellers'; the client has specialists who do that. This role is about working with some of the most senior people across the banks, running projects analysing data, giving them insights and advising them in long-term relationships. This is a great chance for someone not only to broaden their product knowledge but to build relationships with senior people across the banking world.

This career offers a unique range of exposure across the financial services industry, significant responsibility, and a steep learning curve. You will work alongside intelligent, highly motivated individuals in a supportive and challenging environment that allows you to accelerate your professional development and growth.

You will:
• Immediately step into a senior client-facing, relationship management role. You will likely manage an account across a major investment bank
• Build a network of market knowledgeable individuals within your client bank and conduct
regular meetings with these individuals to gather market insights.
• Prepare commentaries documenting key takeaways and insights.

- Own project management from inception to delivery, mapping out and managing the deliverables through the project lifespan, collaborating with colleagues to achieve desired outcomes, and ensuring effective use of Coalition Greenwich internal resources. As a senior RM, you will manage others who are delivering smaller workstreams
• Analyze and interpret analytics and present the output intelligently and impactfully to clients.
• Support contract negotiation and scoping/pricing client projects.
• Set project metrics, identify the means of intelligence gathering, and prepare and
present the results to client senior management.
• Develop an understanding the competitor landscape and key performance differentiators
within the Corporate and Investment Banking space.

We are looking for:
• Excellent academic record
• 6+ years of experience in financial services consulting, sales and trading, or corporate
banking. We will consider 8-15 years experience for a top hire who can bring the 'self starter' mentally with them
• Knowledge of Global Markets, likely to have been gained from working within an investment bank, sales and tradin or the financial services practice of a consulting firm
• Excellent communications skills and the ability and willingness to present analysis to senior client stakeholders in an engaging manner.
• Analytical mindset and ability work with large datasets to derive compelling insights to support client business strategy.
• Robust project management skills demonstrated by track record of successfully delivering multiple concurrent projects and coordinating work across multiple teams or stakeholders.
• Strong degree of independence, drive, and self-motivation.
• A proven ability to work autonomously and to take ownership of planning own workload.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills and ability to easily build rapport with senior clients.
• Genuine interest in and passion for the financial services sector, along with a desire to
further develop your knowledge and understanding of the sector.
