Responsibilities:
  • Gain a complete understanding of the end-to-end Global Tax Reclaims processes, systems, issues, market intricacies, and key subject matter experts.
  • Map and maintain process flow documents for the business processes and steps across multiple levels of process decomposition.
  • Determine process improvements, both technical and non-technical, that will increase efficiency, decrease manual risk, and/or help to scale operations across new product/service offerings.
  • Answer questions and present to senior management related to the reclaim process.
  • Pre-emptively determine where process breakdowns could occur and propose fixes and/or changes to these processes, both technical and non-technical.

  • Manage process changes from inception through implementation as a product owner.
  • Provides guidance to less experienced team members as needed.
  • Contributes to the achievement of related teams objectives.
  • Act as an owner for the end-to-end process.
  • Act as the primary Operations owner for strategic and tactical development that covers the reclaim process.
Skills and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Tax reporting and analysis experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of JIRA and agile development processes preferred.
  • Knowledge of process mapping and BPMN modelling standards preferred.
