About Client Experience

The CX organization, situated within Technology & Operations, touches all aspects of the client journey, and is aligned across 4 key pillars: Onboarding (Contracting, Client & Product Implementation, Due Diligence), CX Operations (COM, Invoicing, Reporting), CX Delivery (Client Experience Management, Whole portfolio Solutions Servicing), and CX Transformation (COO, Projects & Engineering, Analytics, Research). The Onboarding Portfolio Data team is part of the wider Client Experience Onboarding Implementation function, our primary responsibility is to support the creation and ongoing maintenance of client portfolios and BlackRock products across Aladdin applications within a multifaceted and fast paced environment. The team plays an active and transparent role to support many internal partners with the key objective to maintain high levels of portfolio data integrity, the data we handle is consumed downstream by many teams for both internal and external purposes.

We are seeking a hardworking, results-oriented learner, with strong work ethics who can adapt to a fast-paced group in a wide-ranging and consistently evolving environment. You will be able to demonstrate initiative with a dedication to succeed both as an individual and as a team leader, experience of people management, development and coordinating time critical processes are important too.

Day to day responsibilities include:
  • Partner with colleagues across the business to ensure new BlackRock products & client mandates are accurately created, maintained, and terminated with Aladdin
  • Manage the process of operational portfolio set-ups of all new client & BLK products
  • Build positive relationships across the organization by listening carefully to our internal partners
  • Identify improvement opportunities that lower the risk of errors and increase efficiency
  • Assist and support projects
  • Manage and help resolve data exceptions


Experience
  • 1-3 years asset management experience, with working knowledge of investment and servicing functions.
  • Post Graduate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related field is strongly preferred
  • Experience of the investment management business, highly desirable.
  • Organized and detail oriented with strong time management skills Familiarity reading legal documents and ability to understand basic legal document.
  • Good communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Experience with business applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Our hybrid work model
