Job Description

This role is a member of the EMEA marketing team and will assist with the design and production of conference presentations and webcasts, brochures, flyers and events materials for print and digital distribution.

This role collaborates with presenters as well as the rest of the marketing department to assist in the creation of compelling event content. They may also collaborate on global marketing creative projects as well as with other departments across the business such as Sales, Investments, Research, Compliance and Corporate Services to produce external and internal use content.

This individual will need the ability to learn and then work accurately within a corporate brand and a fast-paced environment and develop an understanding of the broader communication needs of the internal client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintains brand standards and consistency of message and design across a variety of mediums
  • Reviews work for accuracy of typing, layout, consistency and format
  • Project manages creative projects or elements of the project to incorporate feedback
  • Works on multiple assignments with competing deadlines
  • Maintains version control through the tracking of drafts as they progress to a final version
  • Displays exceptional customer service skills and helps foster an environment of teamwork
  • Routes marketing collateral through Legal and Compliance for approvals and makes necessary revisions
  • Ensure proper prioritization, meet all established deadlines, and proactively resolve issues that may impact the success of active projects
  • Keeps up-to-date records for each project in workflow database
  • Ensures files are properly named and archived

Presentation Design
  • Works with EMEA and US Design, Events and Communications teams to improve and develop slides and on-screen visuals
  • Formats numerical data, charts, text and other visual graphic elements
  • Assists in maintaining a library of standard event collateral
  • Designs and animates PowerPoint slides for on-screen event presentations
  • Collaborates with speakers to create or improve their presentations
  • Upholds and advocates for brand standards and consistency of message and design across presentation materials

Requirements:
  • Degree educated or equivalent and/or previous relevant work experience
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Powerpoint to produce high quality presentations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word);
  • Exposure to or willingness to learn Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be highly organized and results oriented
  • Must be process-driven, but flexible
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
