Investment Operations Analyst

Job description:

Provide administrative and operational support to the investment and distribution teams. This will include, but not be limited to the following key areas:

• Gather information for the purposes of regulatory and investment reporting
• Creating and maintaining reports, marketing materials and client presentations
• Drafting and updating RfPs and due diligence questionnaires
• Middle office functions such as payment monitoring, loan reporting and data collection
• Point of contact for internal and external information requests
• Support all appropriate reporting deadlines
• Specific and ad hoc daily/weekly & monthly tasks

What we require from the candidate:

• Graduate qualification
• Significant experience in PowerPoint, Excel, and data modelling
• Prior experience of working within financial services or within investment operations a bonus
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• £30k
