Team/Function Overview

Role will be part of EMEA Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) team within Enterprise Operations and Technology Business Risk and Control organization. The team collaborates with other TPRM regional teams and executes Citi's global Third Party Risk Management Policy and Standards in geographies.
Role / Position Overview

The role is within the Enterprise O&T Business Risk and Controls Regional team, dedicated to Third Party Risk Management function for the United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and maintain the UK Outsourcing Register, capturing all Committee decisions in the PRA register format.
  • Ensure that the UK Outsourcing Register remains aligned to the validated internal and external registers. Identify any contract gaps to ensure our systemic register remains aligned to the UK Outsourcing Register.
  • Own and validate the UK External Relationship Register ensuring business activity owners provide all required data elements to be compliant with the PRA SS2/21.
  • Own and validate the UK internal Outsourcing Register ensuring UK Service recipient owners provide all required data elements to be compliant with the PRA SS2/21.
  • Review and approve via a workflow tool the new Inter-Affiliate agreements that have been approved by the UK TPM Committee.
  • Co-ordinate and produce key UK Third party Management information for inclusion in the UK TPM Committee deck.
  • Support the UK Third Party Managers
  • Any other tasks delegated by the UK Cluster Operations and Technology Business Risk and Control Head
Knowledge/Experience:
  • Strong organisational and follow-up skills and the ability to multi-task effectively in a high-volume environment.
  • Proactive, ability to use own initiative
  • Experience of working in a process-driven environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytic thinking and problem solving
  • Proven excellent skills in Microsoft Office products (excel, power-point, word, access) and other collaborative tools.
