A Global leading firm are seeking an Asset Manager at AVP level to work in-house at one of their top banking clients.

The suitable candidate will a ssist with the management of the complete process end-to-end for commercial real estate loan / transaction asset management, due diligence and/or underwriting services, providing accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities include;

  • Monitor and manage CRE loans secured by all types of real estate
  • Review and analyse LMA standard finance documents and real estate documentation
  • Prepare and update loan allocation lists; onboard new loans
  • Manage development loans, review and analyse utilisations requests and information package as provided, make recommendations to clients on a regular basis
  • Provide competent analysis of a portfolio of loans and underlying security on a quarterly basis; monitor performance and value risks
  • Understand property cash flows including service charge accounts and recoverable/non-recoverable costs, tenant level information, financial trends
  • Evaluate real estate security and provide comment on issues affecting value
  • Monitor and provide detailed commentary on borrower's property asset strategy and implementation of the strategy
  • Work with senior staff and colleagues in meeting project deadlines
  • Building relationships with clients while conducting business via phone calls


Requirements:

  • Experience working in a financial advisory role within a bank or other lending institution, credit servicing form or other advisory form
  • Real estate experience either within a real estate practice or a financial institution
  • Typically minimum of 4-5 years as an Associate or AVP, or comparable industry experience
  • MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word.
