Dealer / Trader- FX, PFX/Private Client

Responsibilities:

- Manage & grow an existing portfolio of private client customers, implementing a range of different products including SPOT, FWD, Market Orders & Stop losses

- Execution of trades with liquidity providers

- Work with the Business Development & Partnerships teams to assist in onboarding & trading new and existing clients

- Understand the client requirements to build the best strategy for their currency exposure

- Deliver on KPI's including retention, margin management, increasing wallet share and referrals

- Be the face of the business at relevant partner/trade events

- Help mentor junior members of the team

Experience:

- Over 3+ years' experience as a Dealer within FX/Private clients

- Proven ability to relationship manage and drive wallet share

- Exceptional phone communication skills

- Skilled negotiator able to build & leverage relationships at all levels

- Proven ability to bring passion, proactivity, energy and motivation to a sales environment
