Who we are looking for
As a Senior Liquidity Manager and Liquidity Projects, the role will harness the responsibility of driving optimization and quality of liquidity within the Currenex business. The candidate will rest on their senior experience to provide an excellent LM service and will have the support of senior management across the GlobalLink Business. The candidate will have strong FX market experience, bolstered by a detailed understanding of FX execution, anonymous liquidity and market micro-structure. The candidate will have an ambitious approach to harnessing data to isolate liquidity optimizations, driven by the goal of creating a well-managed liquidity and execution environment. The candidate will have a can do positive proactive attitude, who enjoys the challenge of being part of a growth business.

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

You will be joining State Street Digital, our new division that combines advanced trading technology, best execution and servicing expertise with proprietary market research and insights to support clients in decentralized financial markets. Together with other teams across our company, you will be working on the evolution of our award-winning GlobalLink technology platform into a multi-asset solution that will include crypto, central bank digital currency, blockchain and tokenization.

What you will be responsible for
As Senior Liquidity Manager, you will,
  • Daily manage all undisclosed liquidity on Currenex
  • lead all liquidity projects, working with stakeholders to bring projects live
  • Place risk excellence in the core of Liquidity management by developing and evolving the function of liquidity management as defined in the Currenex Conflicts of interest mandate.
  • Manage and support the Liquidity management team in day to day objectives that include:
  • Supporting them in their own client relationships and client meetings
  • Periodical reviews of their clients
  • Evaluate key performing metrics of liquidity makers and takers
  • Periodically review starter packages for new platform entrants
  • Curate, define and drive liquidity initiatives, in a bid to create and maintain/manage appropriate liquidity pools for both makers and takers
  • Coordinate with Business intelligence unit to:
  • Optimize LM Dashboard
  • Harness data to drive better execution outcomes
  • Drive data into daily LM processes
  • Coordinate with Sales to:
  • Disseminate information about core LM features
  • Pass on potential leads in a bid to grow volumes across existing client base across Anonymous, disclosed streaming Spot and NDF business
