Bruin are searching for an Investment Specialist (Global Equities) to join a leading European Asset Manager.
The Investment Specialist will work closely with the Head of Global Equities to drive business development for the Global Equity team by serving as the technical expert and primary point of contact for Global Client Group (GCG) and Product & Strategic Marketing. The firm manages over EUR 6bn of AUM across broad global equity and social thematic strategies.

The Investment Specialist will work closely with the Head of Global Equities to drive business development for the Global Equity team by serving as the technical expert and primary point of contact for Global Client Group (GCG) and Product & Strategic Marketing. The firm manages over EUR 6bn of AUM across broad global equity and social thematic strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Autonomously represent investment team in client meetings, pitches and seminars
- Act as lynchpin between GCG and Global Equity as a technical expert and main contact point for all commercial activity
- Timely delivery and maintenance of high-quality marketing pitchbooks and RFP content across the product range
- Own the product messaging and positioning. Ensure this is clear and consistent across all related marketing content
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the investment process, portfolios, trades and performance as well as market context
- Understanding of other global thematic equity strategies managed by other FAE teams to support the broader commercialisation of our FAE thematic range when needed
Suitable Candidate Profile
- Fluent spoken and written English is a pre-requisite. Fluent spoken and written French is highly desirable.
- Solid Investment Specialist or similar experience within asset management is essential, ideally within equities
- Relationship-driven: builds and maintains strong rapport with internal stakeholders and external clients
- Minimum CFA level 1 (to take upon joining if not already obtained)
- Discipline and organisation: able to manage multiple requests, meet deadlines and prioritise accordingly
