Responsibilities
Determining system efficiencies and functionality by liaising with the business departments
Analysing and improving the performance of web based client portals
Testing support for development across three propriety systems
Articulation of business requirements for system builds and or enhancements
Point of contact for queries on system usability
Owner of the documentation of all the supporting procedures within the client portal
Skills / Experience
Graduate with strong IT skills
Experience with SQL would be an advantage
Previous experience testing systems would be very advantageous
Analystical mindset
Strong communication skills
