The role:
Key Skills and Experience:
- Support the IBOR Transition project team in delivering its objectives and the implementation of the migration strategy
- Conduct UAT Testing of FO-BO systems, provide requirements from a trade booking perspectives and identify and raise bugs in the workflow to the relevant IT teams
- Recognise challenges and risk to individual FO-BO systems applications and reporting that requires wider programme support, escalating effectively to your manager and the project team
- Partner with IT, control functions and the project team to identify issues with the migration stream and propose solutions
- Providing an honest, transparent assessment of the project status and RAID from a trade support perspective to your manager and the project team
- Promote the team work ethic, dynamic and attitude through effective collaboration
Key Skills and Experience:
- Positive and dynamic attitude to complying with deadlines and objectives.
- An understanding of the IBOR transition change and products that are impacted (Swaps, Options, Listed Derivatives, Securities etc)
- Effective time management and ability to prioritise workload and escalate issues to management.
- Have strong interpersonal /communication skills.
